A 15 year old Glendronach single malt, matured in Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle and has an antique copper colour with a golden hue.
The style is full-bodied and rich, with the sherry casks shaping the flavour throughout.
The nose offers maraschino cherry, ripe bramble and dark chocolate mint, with hints of orange bitters and walnut liqueur. On the palate there is honey-glazed apricot and ripe fig, building to black cherry, angelica and muscovado. The finish is long, with manuka honey, nutmeg and dark chocolate.
