This is Glendronach 18 Year Old in its 2024 label, a Highland single malt matured in Oloroso sherry casks from Andalucía in Spain. Some whisky enthusiasts call it the 'ultimate sherry bomb'. It is unpeated, bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and of natural colour. Dark treacle, allspice and walnut run through the palate and carry into a long, lingering finish.
