Glendronach 1971 is a single cask bottling aged 38 years, drawn from Oloroso sherry butt 483 and bottled at 49.4% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The whisky was distilled in 1971. It comes from the first batch of the distillery's single cask bottlings, and 544 bottles were produced from the cask. Tasting notes describe rich coffee and chocolate with figs, sultanas and strong sherry character.
