A 38 year old single malt from Glendronach, distilled in 1972 and bottled in 2010 at 51.5% ABV. It comes from a single cask, number 718, and is sold in a 70cl bottle. The cask is described as unlike the usual dark chocolate and dark coffee style of sherried Glendronach. Notes of tropical fruit sit beneath the sherry, and the two are closely intertwined.
