A distillery-bottled 18-year-old Highland single malt from Glendronach, distilled in 1977 and bottled in 1995 at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It comes from the 1990s run of 18-year-old Glendronach bottlings made from 1970s distillates. Old-style sherry character runs through it, even though some seasoned oak casks were used. It is typically described as having dark fruits, delicate phenols, nuttiness and earthy notes, along with balsamico, rancio and walnut oil.
