GlenDronach Parliament is a 21 year old single malt from the GlenDronach distillery in the Scottish Highlands, bottled at 48%. It takes its name from the old parliament buildings in Edinburgh. The whisky matured for 21 years in carefully selected oak casks and has a deep mahogany colour. On the nose there is ripe fruit, blackberry and red plum alongside Oloroso sherry, candied orange and oak. The palate brings chocolate, plum, spice and nutmeg, balanced by toasted oak.
