This is Glendronach Parliament, a 21 year old single malt bottled on 26 June 2019 at 48% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. Glendronach is a distillery at Forgue, near Huntly in Aberdeenshire.
The whisky was matured in Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
The nose combines old, heavy sherry with orange, grapefruit, cherry jam, marzipan and lemon cake. The palate brings orange, cherry jam, vanilla and dark chocolate. The finish is very long and dry, with candied orange peel and plenty of oak.

Old, heavy, subtle sherry, orange, grapefruit, a hint of clove, cherry jam, marzipan, vanilla sugar, light raisins, lemon cake, roasted notes of burnt almonds
Orange, cherry jam, fresh waffles, a little vanilla, full and deeply fruity, turning sweeter, with dark chocolate
Extremely long, heavy and mouth-filling, candied orange peel, very dry, full of oak and old wood
