A 30 year old Highland single malt from Glendronach, distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2020 by Cadenhead's. It is one of nine single casks bottled for Cadenhead's own shops, with 240 bottles drawn from a sherry hogshead that has held the whisky since 2013. It was bottled at cask strength, 45.4% ABV, without colouring or chill-filtration.
The nose brings strawberry ice cream, cherries and buttered toast. The palate is very oily and thick, with red apples and cinnamon pastries. The finish is chewy, with hard-boiled cherry sweets.
