This is a Highland single malt from GlenDronach, matured in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks and bottled at a high strength of 50.8% in a 70cl bottle. It is natural colour and non-chill filtered. The nose opens with mocha, black cherry and dark chocolate, followed by crème brûlée, raisin, brown sugar and ginger. On the palate, smooth espresso and crème caramel fold into black grape and mint chocolate ganache. The finish brings cocoa, hazelnut and cranberry.
