A single malt from GlenDronach, released as part of The Master's Anthology series. It was matured in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks and is bottled at 50.8% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The amber colour is natural.
The nose combines dark chocolate-coated cherries, coffee beans, caramelised brown sugar, vanilla custard, sherry-soaked sultanas and candied ginger. The palate brings stewed dark fruits, coffee, chocolate raisins, burnt custard, plums and cherries. The finish is ginger snaps, mocha, baking spices and chocolate truffles.
