A Highland single malt from Glendronach, matured in a PX sherry cask and bottled at 50.8% ABV in a 70cl bottle. James Allardice founded Glendronach in 1826 on the Dronachburn in the Valley of Forgue, north-east of Huntly in Aberdeenshire. For a long time the distillery used almost only Oloroso sherry casks, and that still shapes its style. It shares an owner with Glenglassaugh and Benriach.
