GlenDronach Ode to the Embers is a lightly peated single malt from the Master's Anthology series, bottled at 48.4% and released in December 2024. It draws its inspiration from the kilning of malt over peat fires. The whisky matured in a combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, which sit alongside a gentle core of peat smoke. It is described as stewed fruits, dark chocolate and warming spice, wrapped around ashy smoke.
