GlenDronach – Revival 15 Years Old (70cl, 46%)

GlenDronach Revival is a 15 year old Highland single malt, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle and sold in a tube. It was released again in 2018 after several years away. The whisky matures in both Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks, and the sherry is clearly present in its character, as it was before. On the nose there are raisins, berries, nuts and dark chocolate. The palate is full, with apricots, figs, cherries and light spice, and the long finish is fruity with dark chocolate.
