GlenDronach – Traditionally Peated (70cl, 48%)

GlenDronach Traditionally Peated is a Highland single malt bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle. It looks back to the time when all Scottish distillers dried their barley over a peat fire, including James Allardice, who founded GlenDronach. The whisky is matured in ex-Oloroso and ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, with a small part of spirit aged in ex-port casks. It is described as layered and sweet, with touches of charcoal, a little smoke and spice.
