Glenglassaugh 12 Year Old is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky, bottled by the distillery at 45% in a 70cl bottle. It was introduced in summer 2023 as part of the distillery's updated core range.
The whisky is a mix of bourbon, sherry and red wine casks, selected and blended by Master Blender Rachel Barrie. It has a luminous gold colour.
The nose is sweet and coastal, with ripe apricot and fig, toasted vanilla and tropical flora. On the palate come candied pistachio, date and sweet fig, followed by morello cherry and whipped cream.
