Glenglassaugh Portsoy is a single malt from the Glenglassaugh distillery, bottled at 49.1% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It has a deep amber colour.
The nose is coastal, with tropical fruit and dark soy touched by sherry, followed by liquorice and seaweed. The palate is full-bodied, with bitter chocolate, fermented soy and charred mango with molasses, finishing with a pinch of sea salt.
