Glengoyne 12 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky made with hand-selected sherry casks. The distillery dries its barley with warm air rather than peat smoke, and the whisky comes from what it describes as Scotland's slowest distillation.
The nose brings lemon zest, toffee apples and a scent of coconut. The sherry casks help create its rich, golden colour.
