Glengoyne – 12 Years Old

Glengoyne 12 Years Old is a Highland single malt matured in a mix of casks. Twenty per cent of the whisky rests in European oak that previously held sherry, twenty per cent in American oak that held bourbon, and the remaining sixty per cent in second-fill oak. The sherry casks are linked with depth, dried fruit, dark chocolate and spice, while the bourbon casks bring fresh lemon, vanilla and caramel.
