This is a 15 year old single malt Scotch from Glengoyne. It matured in a combination of first-fill sherry casks, bourbon casks and refill casks. The nose brings malt and hay, dried fruit, citrus and delicate rose petals. The palate is sweet, with tropical fruit, cinnamon and vanilla, and an impression of homemade apple pie. The finish is dry, with oak and lingering spice.
