Glengoyne 18 Year Old is a Highland single malt matured for 18 years, with a high proportion of its casks being first-fill Oloroso sherry. The distillery's spirit is distilled slowly and left unpeated. The sherry casks bring sweetness, spice and orchard fruit to a full-bodied, rounded whisky. Marzipan and walnut lead the notes, followed by brown sugar, honeyed porridge, crisp red apples, ripe melon and soft oak spice.
