This Glenlossie is a 12 year old Speyside single malt from Signatory, part of its 100 Proof series. It was distilled in 2012 and bottled on 27 January 2025 at cask strength, 57.1% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky matured in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt and a Bourbon hogshead.
The nose brings stewed apples, vanilla, sultanas, spring honey and spice. The palate opens sweet with caramel, orangettes and vanilla, then malt and gentle spices. The finish is of medium length, with cocoa and oak.
