This is a Glenmorangie 10 Year Old from a 1990s bottling, kept in its original presentation box. It is straw in colour. The nose is fresh, smoky and flinty, with grass, gooseberries and butter pears, along with grilled beef and bacon. The palate is sweet, thick and creamy, with malt, a few salty touches, toasted bread, coffee and crème brûlée, then overripe apples and redcurrants. The finish brings saltiness and malt.
