This Glenmorangie was distilled in 1974, aged in oak casks and bottled in 1996 at 43% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It was released as part of Glenmorangie's Millennium Commemorative Bottling, as a limited bottling.
The nose is light and fresh, with dry hay, beeswax and fruit salad, and a touch of smoked ham. The palate is full-bodied and slightly sweet, with creamy cereal, salted butter on toast, tiramisu and winter berries. The finish is long and rich, led by malted barley.
