A Tale Of Tokyo is a limited edition Glenmorangie single malt in a 70cl bottle. It reflects the affection that Dr Bill, Glenmorangie's whisky creator, has for Tokyo and its mix of peaceful gardens, busy streets and lively bars.
To mark the city, the whisky was matured in casks made from Japanese Mizunara oak.
The nose is described as slowly smoking incense around sweet toffee, with pepper against bright, bitter cherries, then fresh orange zest fading to almond flakes and sweet oak.
