Glenmorangie Claret Wood Finish is a limited edition Highland single malt, bottled at 43% abv in a 70cl bottle and supplied in its original wooden case.
It is finished in first growth claret casks from Pauillac, Bordeaux, which add a vinous dimension to the Glenmorangie character.
The nose is rich, sweet and deep, with red fruit and a hint of oak. The palate is smooth, rich and sweet, leaning heavily on red fruit without an obvious wine note. The finish is thick, viscous and moreish.
