Finealta is the second Private Edition from Glenmorangie, made with lightly peated barley. It recreates a recipe from 1903, and its name means 'elegant' in Gaelic.
The whisky was matured in a combination of American white oak and Spanish Oloroso sherry casks. It is non-chill-filtered and bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
Vanilla sweetness and citrus are joined by layers of rich fruit and a slight peatiness.
