Glenmorangie – Nectar d'Or #3 12 Year Old (70cl)

Nectar d'Or #3 is a 12 year old Glenmorangie single malt and the third edition of the Nectar d'Or, sold between 2014 and 2019. The distillery lies in the north of the Highlands. The whisky first matured in American white oak, then moved into specially selected casks that had held Sauternes, the sweet white wine of Bordeaux. It is typically described as honeyed and lemony, notes that lift the delicate, soft character of the distillery's whisky.
