Glenmorangie – Signet

Glenmorangie Signet is a single malt with no age statement, said to include some of the distillery's oldest and rarest stocks, ranging from 35 to 40 years old. It combines whiskies made from two types of malted barley: a single estate Cadboll variety and a rare malted chocolate barley. It is distilled twice in Glenmorangie's copper pot stills by the team of 16 distillers known as the 'Sixteen Men of Tain'. Signet won Whisky of the Year in 2016. Dark chocolate, toasted spice and coffee bitterness are the flavours most often noted.
