Tarlogan is part of the Legends series from the Highland distillery Glenmorangie, released on 8 March 2016 at 43% ABV. It matured in virgin oak and ex-bourbon casks.
The name refers to King Tarlogan and to the woodland around the Tarlogie spring, which has supplied Glenmorangie with water since 1843.
It is described as combining vanilla, coconut, caramel, pear, citrus and oak spice with a creamy Highland malt character.
