This is a 14 year old Highland single malt from Glenmorangie, in a one litre bottle at 43%. It is a travel retail bottling.
The whisky matured in ex-bourbon casks and was then finished in new charred oak casks.
The nose is vegetal, with milk chocolate and vanilla, plus hints of wood, clove and orange. The palate is very spicy, with ginger, chocolate and clove. The finish balances sweetness and spice, with a touch of cinnamon.
