This is Glenmorangie The Original, a 10 year old Highland single malt, in the 2020 Giraffe VAP edition and a 70cl bottle.
It was matured in first and second-fill American white oak ex-bourbon casks. The distillery's stills stand 5.14 metres tall, and the spirit is softened with water from the Tarlogie Springs.
The nose is citrus, lemon and orange zest, with creamy vanilla, floral notes and honeyed malt. The palate is creamy, with sweet vanilla, ripe peaches and a little spice. The finish is clean and of medium length, with sweet citrus and a hint of oak.
