This is a Glenrothes single malt from Douglas Laing's Old Particular series, released as the Purim Edition. It was distilled in 2005 and matured for fifteen years in a single sherry butt. Douglas Laing selected the cask and bottled it in February 2021. The outturn was 390 bottles, giving a Speyside spirit shaped by full-term sherry maturation.
