A 12 year old Speyside single malt from The Glen Rothes, distilled and bottled by Berry Bros & Rudd in the 1980s.
The colour is yellow gold. The nose is fresh and balanced, with apple juice, buttercup and light honey, moving on to cider, bitter orange and pink grapefruit. The palate opens fruity, with apple pie, cooked apricot and tropical fruit, then turns to camomile tea, honey and orange juice, with caramel, oak and white pepper. The finish is medium to long, on cooked fruit and oak.
