This is a 32 year old Glenrothes single malt from Speyside, distilled in 1972 and bottled in 2005 by Berry Bros. & Rudd. It was matured in sherry casks and bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It comes from the 1972 vintage releases, which together comprised no more than 50 casks, all chosen by the Malt Master and bottled over time as each was judged ready. This cask was distilled on 5 December 1972.
