A single cask Glenrothes, distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2025 at 30 years old. It was released by Signatory Vintage in its Symington's Choice range, for which Andrew Symington, Signatory's owner, selects the casks himself.
The whisky matured in cask 6980, a first fill Oloroso sherry butt, which yielded 499 bottles at a natural cask strength of 54.4%. It is bottled without colouring or chill filtration.
