This is a 21 year old single malt from Glenrothes, bottled for The Single Cask UK series. It was distilled on 15 December 1997 and matured in a single bourbon hogshead until it was bottled on 20 December 2019. The cask gave 270 bottles. The nose offers apple and cinnamon crumble with roasted nuts and honey. The palate is full, with orange chocolate, stewed fruits and dried herbs. The finish is lasting, returning to creamy honey with raisin cookies and more oak.
