This is a single cask Glenrothes, a Speyside single malt distilled in 2002 and bottled at 15 years old in 2017 by Cadenhead's. It belongs to their 175th Anniversary series and was bottled exclusively for the Japanese market. It matured in a single bourbon hogshead that yielded 264 bottles, and it is bottled at its natural cask strength of 56.7% in a 70cl bottle, without colouring or chill filtration. The cask is described as showing toffee apple, summer fruit and patisserie spices.
