Glenrothes – 2011 14 Year Old Warehouse No. 1 Series 11

This is a Glenrothes single malt distilled on 30 November 2011 and bottled in summer 2026, at 14 years old. It matured in a new bourbon hogshead, and only 375 bottles were filled. It belongs to Warehouse No. 1 from Claxton's Series 11. On the nose it shows dried apricot and mango, rich barley and more tropical fruit. The palate stays with soft fruit, sweet pastry and barley again, and the finish carries gentle tropical fruit with a last note of barley.
