This is an 8 year old Glenrothes single malt from The Single Cask's Family Series. It was distilled on 1 April 2013 and bottled on 17 February 2022, with 310 bottles filled from one bourbon hogshead.
The nose and palate follow the same path, with freshly baked ginger biscuits, barley, white pepper and citrus. Toasted oak and a little nutmeg sit behind them.
