A Glenrothes single malt named for John Ramsay, the distillery's outgoing malt master. John Ramsay chose twenty second-fill American oak casks and vatted them into sherry butts. A further two were then selected from that vatting and married together, and the whisky was reduced to 46.7% ABV for bottling. The release serves as a tribute to the malt master who made the selection.
