Goalong 5 Year Old Bourbon Cask Finish Single Malt Chinese Whisky (75cl)

Goalong 5 Year Old is a Chinese single malt whisky in a 75cl bottle, finished in bourbon casks. The malt is ground and saccharified, then fermented for 72 hours in a room held at a constant 16 degrees. It is distilled three times in a traditional kettle-type still, then matured in oak barrels, which give it a deep amber colour. The whisky enters the mouth soft and mellow, with a rich, rounded taste.
