Gold Cock 10 Year Old is a Czech single malt made by Rudolf Jelínek in Vizovice, Czech Republic, in a 70cl bottle. It is distilled from Czech barley and matured for 10 years in new European winter oak casks.
The result is a fruit-forward whisky balanced by fresh oak, vanilla, honey and warming spice.
The nose brings fresh fruit, plums, vanilla, creamy honey and bright oak. The palate has caramelised apples, fruit punch and plums, with ginger, cinnamon, prunes, cloves and oak. The finish is medium to long, with fruit, honey, spice and European oak.
