Gold Cock Single Cask 2014 is a Czech single malt from Rudolf Jelínek, distilled in Vizovice in 2014. It is a limited edition, bottled from an individual cask at cask strength.
Full-bodied and concentrated, it combines ripe fruit, malt sweetness, oak and warming spice. The nose offers ripe orchard fruit, malt, vanilla and oak with sweet spice. On the palate come rich fruit and malt with vanilla and toasted wood, and a pronounced cask-strength warmth. The finish is long and warming, with lingering fruit, oak and spice.
