This is a 25-year-old Speyside single malt from the Linkwood distillery, bottled by Gordon & MacPhail at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is amber in colour.
The nose is sweet, with sherry, brown sugar and candied peel. On the palate there is ripe fruit, followed by dark chocolate and roasted hazelnut.
The finish is warm, with spice and charred oak.
