This is a 27 year old Tormore single malt from Speyside, bottled by Gordon & MacPhail for its Connoisseurs Choice series. It was distilled in 1994 and bottled in 2022.
The whisky matured first in a refill bourbon barrel and was then finished in a first fill sherry butt, number 8348. It was bottled at 57.2% ABV, unfiltered and without added colour, in a 70cl bottle. The release runs to 570 bottles.
