Grappa Barbera Nibbio (1.5L)

A grappa from Distilleria Berta, made from selected Barbera pomace from the Asti area. It is clear and structured, aged in small vessels for balanced development. The nose shows intense mature red fruit, light spice and a pleasant herbaceous freshness. On the palate it is harmonious, warm and enveloping, with an elegant persistence recalling typical Barbera aromas. Its soft texture and velvety finish suit it as a meditation digestif or with dry sweets and dark chocolate.
