Grappa Barbera Riserva L'Angelo Distilleria Berta (70cl)

A Barbera grappa riserva from Distilleria Berta, made from selected Barbera pomace. It ages for long periods in wooden casks, gaining complexity and roundness. The nose opens with mature fruit, delicate spices and light vanilla notes from the wood ageing. On the palate it is robust, soft and harmonious, with a slight warmth and a long, pleasant finish. It is suited to slow sipping after a meal, perhaps with aged cheeses or dry biscuits.
