Grappa Blanc Chardonnay Domenis (70cl)

A clear, luminous grappa from white grape pomace, made by Domenis from Chardonnay. It is immediate and gentle in character, with a clean, linear nose of delicate floral notes, white fruit and a thread of fresh herbs. On the palate it is soft and well balanced, with gentle warmth, a smooth body and a measured, pleasant persistence. It is suited to sipping neat or lightly chilled in narrow glasses, and pairs with dried-fruit desserts and dry pastries.
