Grappa Blanc Moscato - Domenis (70cl)

A clear, bright grappa made from Moscato pomace, expressing the grape's aromatic character with restraint. The nose shows white flowers and grape juice, with light fruity notes and a hint of honey in the background. The palate is clean and immediate, with gentle softness and contained warmth. It finishes clear and well balanced, with suitable persistence. It works as a digestif after light meals or with dry pastries and fresh fruit, and can be served slightly cool in small glasses.
