It is made by artisanal methods from selected pomace from typical Piedmont grape varieties, distilled in copper stills that preserve intense, complex aromas of fresh fruit and herbaceous notes.
On the palate it is enveloping and harmonious, with a soft structure and elegant, persistent aromatic nuances. It works as a digestif with typical sweets or dark chocolate, or as a refined ingredient in signature cocktails.
